CHRIST METHODIST CHURCH
Through the use of lighting, the contemporary interpretation of style of the church is at its fullest when the iconic crosses shine their way into the night, seen as almost angelic. A very different effect during the day whereby the crosses are perceived as an aluminum cut just like the symbolic punches of the wall in the olden days. Interior lighting in the sanctuary space are warm and indirect with layers of cut folds. Through the interplay of lighting elements, the different characters to the typical church itself were created. The detail of little iconic cross integrated with light makes the small crosses seem to be floating over the facade elevation. The overall interior lighting in auditorium and the sanctuary presented an uplifting ambience and change of atmosphere by lighting when the different functions are required.
